Toast Food Cart was founded in the Fall of 2013 by an entrepreneurial couple, Gili and Molly. The name Toast was originally inspired by the name for panini in the Hebrew language. Gili is an extremely tenured, talented & passionate entrepreneur and panini chef with a niche for unique offerings and excellent customer service. Molly is a UW Badger Alumni with a background in retail, management & customer service and is passionate about creating loyal Toast customers.
Many of the sauces are homemade by Gili himself and the rest of the ingredients are freshly prepared on a daily basis for you to enjoy.
Together, Molly & Gili bring Badger pride and unique food to the downtown campus, businesses, special events, and festivals all around Madison & surrounding cities.
